At Easy Buy, brand new electrical and furniture products come with manufacturers warranties ranging from 12 months to 60 months. If a product only has 12 months warranty we will offer you extended warranty from Retra Care services and will give you a quote at the point of sale.
You can purchase an extended warranty from Retra Care which will cover your product(s) against breakdowns or with Retra Care+ accidental damage (excluding theft) during the warranty period (Terms & Conditions Apply). If you wish to learn more about Retra Care+, please see our Insurance section.

There is no obligation for you to take out extended warranty it will be up to your yourself. If you decide it's for you we can add the price onto your weekly payment. If you decide not to, all repair costs will be down to yourself once the warranty has expired.
Term and Conditions will apply if you do take out a Retra Care Warranty Plan your Accounts Representative will give you a leaflet explaining the full Terms and Conditions which is also explained on your warranty certificate.

If your product breaks down within your Extended Warranty period please call your Extended Warranty firm you will find the number on your certificate or the numbers are below:
All cars are sold with a 30 Day warranty.
At the point of sale you will be offered extended warranty from warranty wise. If extended warranty has been taken then all issues should be brought to there attention and follow there terms and conditions which will be explained to yourselves at the point of sale and in writing.
Please NoteIf your products come with a 2, 3, 4 or 5 year manufacturers warranty, it is your responsibility to make sure you register your product with the manufacturers. You must do this to get the warranty on your products. If failed to do so your product will only be covered for the standard 12 months.
Should the warranty on your product expire, we do offer an Out of Warranty Spares & Repairs service.
Easy Buy products do not come with insurance, however for your peace of mind, we do offer the chance to purchase Retra Care+ alongside Retra Care Warranty, that covers your product(s) against breakdowns, accidental damage and break downs (Terms & Conditions Apply).
If you do not purchase insurance, you will be responsible for the safe keeping of the product and if it is stolen or accidentally damaged you will be responsible to repair/replace the product and any associated costs.

Out of Warranty / Spares
If your appliance is out of warranty or you require spares, we offer a Spares & Repairs service for your appliances.
If you call us on 0333 123 9000 to ask for a quote on the maximum cost of the repairs. One of the advantages of our service, if the repairs are not as complicated and costs are cheaper then those quoted, we will charge you less. In some circumstances, it might be possible to charge this to your account.
