To make a payment, you can call our local rate telephone number 0333 123 9000 and pay your account by Debit card. We accept all major Debit cards at no extra cost.
Easy Buy does not charge or offer you insurance for the product. You will be responsible for the safe keeping of the product and if it is stolen or accidentally damaged you will be responsible to repair or replace the product.
However, you can purchase an extended warranty from Retra Warranty Services which will cover your product(s) against accidental damage (excluding theft) during the warranty period.
At Easy Buy, only brand new products come with manufacturers warranties ranging from 12 months to 60 months. If a product only has 12 months warranty we will offer you extended warranty from Retra Warranty services and will give you a quote at the point of sale. There is no obligation for you to take out extended warranty it will be up to your yourself, if you decide it's for you we can add the price onto your weekly payment. If you decide not to, all repair costs will be down to yourself once the warranty has expired.
Term and Conditions will apply if you do take out a Retra Warranty Plan your Accounts Representative will give you a leaflet explaining the full Terms and Conditions which is also explained on your warranty certificate.
