How It Works

Prefer to pay outright? Simply:

1. Purchase your item securely online.
2. We’ll contact you the same day (or next working day if outside opening hours).
3. We’ll arrange a FREE delivery if you're within our delivery area. Check your postcode here.

Some items (like sofas) may take up to 12 weeks for delivery. If in doubt, give us a call.

1. Find your product and add it to your basket.
2. Select ‘Apply to Spread the Cost’ at checkout.
3. Complete the finance application and pick a plan that suits your budget.
4. Stage 1: We’ll review your application.
   • If no call by 3pm the next working day, your application hasn't been successful.
   • If successful, you’ll move to Stage 2.
5. Stage 2: Our team will call you for an affordability check.
6. If approved, we’ll arrange delivery or collection of your item.

Some applications may include a credit check based on your details.

• Room of Choice: We’ll place items in your chosen room if safe and accessible.
• Product Unpacking: Request unpacking and checking on delivery for sofas and divan beds.
• Access Requirements: Ensure safe access and let us know about any delivery restrictions.
• Failed Deliveries: We may charge for failed deliveries if deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
